Simon James and Clare Gooding have between them many years experience in the Magistrates' Court representing clients charged with wide range of motoring offences. For over 15 years Simon James acted as Solicitor for the RAC South Gloucestershire for motoring cases.

Costs
We will provide you with details of our charge rates and an estimate of our likely costs and how we keep you updated on costs as a case proceeds. We also offer fixed fees for one off motoring Hearings at the Magistrates Court. We will advise you of the fixed fees during the initial appointment. We offer an initial appointment for a fixed fee of £60 including VAT. This applies to all initial appointments lasting up to half an hour. At the initial appointment you will be able to explain the circumstances of your case and we will advise you of your options. You can then decide how you would like to proceed with your case.
Please note that in some circumstances Legal Aid may be available to cover a motoring case and where appropriate we will apply for Legal Aid on your behalf.
