Deeds of Variation of Wills

A 'Deed of Variation' allows the beneficiaries of a Will to change its contents after the death of the individual concerned. Deeds of Variation can be particularly useful where a will has become out of date as a result of changing circumstances, for example if another grandchild has been born or to take advantage of changes in recent tax laws. Time limits and particular rules apply to Deeds of Variation on which we can advise you.
